A notice on curbing the activities of various cultic organizations is issued by the Communist Party Committee of the General Bureau of Farming of Heilongjiang Province, China wherein the leaders of all levels are directed to have a clear picture of the cultic activities that are going on. They should make a thorough study of the cultic activities, make concrete plans and take various actions to prevent and stop them.
