Notice on various issues regarding identifying and banning of cultic organization
Article Abstract:
A notice is issued by the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China on identifying and banning the cultic organizations in China that in the name of religion deify their leaders, spread superstitious beliefs and engage in disturbing social order, threatening the lives and property of citizens. The members of the banned cultic organizations conducting cultic activities shall be ordered to register themselves at the designated public security authorities.

Legislative resolution on banning heretic cults
Article Abstract:
A resolution concerning the banning of heretic cult organization, prevention measures against them and punishment for cult activities are adopted by the twelfth session of standing committee of the National's People's congress on October 30, 1999. The decisions made on the constitution and other related laws for this resolution are presented.

Judicial explanations on crimes by cults
Article Abstract:
Detailed judicial explanations on laws regarding the crimes committed by the cults are presented. Some sections of article 300, which deals with the criminal procedures refers to those illegal groups that have been found using religions, are discussed.
