Let's build a state

The president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, introduces a new project, which would emphasize on rebuilding the state, in terms of reconstitution of the state authority. As a result of this, there is a higher degree of support for the president, despite the political setbacks and disagreement with many of his policies.
