The influence of leader behaviors on organizational commitment: A study in the Australian Public Sector

Leadership is a process that influences people to achieve organizational objectives. The relationship between leader behavior and organization commitment in public-sector agencies is examined. A case study of an Australian Federal Government Organization is presented.

Organization citizenship behavior (OCB) refers to the situations where workers rise beyond the call of duty to aid fellow workers and achieve organizational goals. A study of OCB among workers from health care industry is presented.
