Children's memory for actions based on a false belief

Article Abstract:

The behavioral clues in the form of actions does not assist children to reason to false belief, for self or others, but misrecall their individual improper actions similar to the way they misrecall their false utterances. It can be predicted that if children can accurately recall their own action on the basis of a false belief, this can be useful in helping them to accept that belief. The difficulty of children is limited to representational systems which have truth values associated with them.
