Cognitive strategies affecting recall of sexual behavior among high-risk men and women

Article Abstract:

An analysis of sexual behavior surveys in relation to improving recall among respondents at high risk of HIV is presented. Findings showed that reports of high number of partners and of frequencies of sexual behavior are estimations. Methods of how researchers must direct the repondents in recalling sexual behavior to produce more accurate results are presented.

Patterns, correlates, and barriers to medication adhernece among persons prescribed new treatments for HIV disease

Article Abstract:

Research indicates that HIV patients with little social support and treatment self-efficacy are less likely to adhere to treatment plans. Studies were based on 72 patients on highly active antiretroviral therapy between Dec 1997 and Aug 1998.
