Face off!

Article Abstract:

The book 'The Psychology of Facial Expression,' by J. Russell and M. Fernandez-Dols examined the correlation between faces and emotion. The book analyzed the spontaneous expression of emotions through the Facial Expression Program, reportedly the standard theory of emotion and facial expression. It also presented different perspectives on prototypical theory, as well as an analysis of developments in nonhuman animal communication studies.
