The effects of an anti-bullying intervention programme on peers' attitudes and behavior

Article Abstract:

A study evaluated outcomes of a curriculum-based anti-bullying intervention among peers, using an experimental pre-test/post-test design. Positive outcomes were observed at post-test one for secondary school students, although the effects had disappeared at post-test two. For primary school students there was a smaller decline in seeking teacher's help and increased students' support for victims.
