Satisfaction in marriage and committed heterosexual relationships: Past, present and future

Article Abstract:

The impact of individual and interpersonal factors at different stages of both relationship and life cycle on marital satisfaction and commitment is studied. It is found that relationship satisfaction and commitment are determined by a myriad of factors like personality, mutual perception of couples, attachment to the partner and arrival of children and the relative importance of these varies among couples.

Work role ambiguity, job satisfaction, and job performance: meta-analyses and review

Article Abstract:

Work role ambiguity is significantly and negatively associated with job satisfaction but not not related to job performance. The effects of role ambiguity are also influenced by other variables. The relationship between role ambiguity and job performance is almost negligible, but more likely to have negative rather than positive effects.
