Signals that go with the flow

Article Abstract:

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) may have a significant role in the transport of data to the a human brain. The hypothesis was derived from the presence of several neuroactive substances in the CSF system and receptors for substances found in the vicity of the CSF system. However, the question of whether these substances were by-prodcts or signals is yet to be determined. Further study of the CSF using other techniques was recommended.
