The chairman and CEO of the New York design firm R/GA Robert Greenberg wants R/GA to enter into an interactive channel and innovate while maintaining clients belonging to the A-list companies. Robert Greenberg reminiscences about the earlier days of the agency and compares it with the current status where they have 275 employees and believes in combining the non-linear executions of entertainment, communications and marketing.
