Article Abstract:

Local agents report the demand for office space in Slough, Berkshire, England, is increasing with several new buildings planned for construction. Some renovation on older office space has gone ahead. It is estimated 95,323 sq ft of refurbished offices will be leased, in 1998. The location of Slough near to Heathrow Airport and London has always made it a popular area for office occupiers. Rental values in the area have reached around 27 pounds sterling per sq ft.

Article Abstract:

The popularity of Watford, England can be attributed to a number of factors such as the nearness to both London and the airport also the high quality of shopping facilities in the area. These make Watford an ideal location for company relocation which has caused an upsurge in demand for office space. In response to the increased interest in Watford several new developments are under construction with many more in the planning stage.
