Returning to the throne

Article Abstract:

Regent Street has become the most successful retail location in the West End recently, with a new record rent having been set. Its high quality image allows very high rents to be charged, and retailers are attracted by the large, regular units which have been created by the redevelopment of the area between Kingly Street and Regent Street. Bond Street was extremely successful in 1994, and is now looking to reassert its position.
