Article Abstract:

A redevelopment plan for Bassett Creek Valley will involve the construction of a three-level platform. The plinth is aimed at solving the problems with the poor soils in the area and the low-lying Linden Yards. The cost of the redevelopment project is also investigated.

Duluth's Old Downtown gets new office proposal

Vonjaro Company LLC plans a nine-story, 120,000-square-foot green office building in downtown Duluth, Minnesota. The company believes the project, the first Class A office construction since 1999, will help in the redevelopment of the Old Downtown area of the city.
