Antitrust claims: realtors ready to talk and fight

Article Abstract:

The media coverage of the lawsuits against the National Association of Realtors (NAR) by the US Department of justice regarding the antitrust entailments policy at the Midyear Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo in Washington is discussed. The ways in which the realtors are ready to face the situation and meet the challenges in the market place and the federal regulatory and legislative environment are discussed.
