Over-served or undersupplied?

Article Abstract:

The number of operators in the serviced office market has increased, with 33 firms in London, England. The average cost of office space in the West End of London is around 30-50 pounds sterling per sq ft compared to a serviced office which costs between 64-176 pounds sterling per sq ft. The increasing competition in the market is likely to bring prices down. The major firms in the market are MWB Business Exchange, HQ UK and the largest is Regus, which is due to be floated on the London Stock Exchange. Some observers have suggested the industry often fails to reveal all the extra charges.
