Laws of motion

Article Abstract:

Demand for business space in Cambridge, England outstrips supply, with vacancies at 0.8%. Speculative building schemes may go ahead although the economic slowdown may require buildings to be prelet before being built. Some observers suggest Cambridge, England, business and science parks have good transport links and a number of sites are being further developed to offer businesses additional facilities. Others point out traffic congestion restricts access to the parks and is causing some companies to look elsewhere for new space.
