Service providers foresee more alliances

Article Abstract:

A survey commissioned by Site Selection magazine revealed that a growing number of service providers including real estate service providers are forming strategic alliances with their corporate clients. This trend, which was seen in some 75% of the survey respondents, is attributed to the improved results and substantial cost savings such alliances can bring. However, industry executives stress that strategic alliances should have clearly defined service objectives as well as incentives and commitments that are necessary for achieving those objectives.
