Breaking boundaries: KeyCorp/Johnson Controls/Trammell Crow alliance sets service delivery standards

Article Abstract:

The three-company-alliance KeyCorp Real Estate Enterprise (KREE) has won the International Development Research Council's Best Practice Service Delivery Award for its boundary-breaking management practices across three firms. The companies of KeyCorp, Johnson Controls and Trammell Crow Corporate Services formed KREE in Sep 1997. Under the auspices of KREE, Johnson Controls and Trammell Crow have formed a collaborative relationship that emphasizes teamwork. In addition, KREE has implemented a matrix that serves all three firms. Shared office space is also part of the boundaryless concept.
