Building a reputation

Article Abstract:

Property professionals point out they are able to use new technology, such as 3D modelling software, to help industrial occupiers find the most suitable property. Industrial occupiers are looking for expert advice from property professionals. Industrial businesses need help in evaluating how to get the best out of their buildings. Property professionals may give advice on the possibility of redeveloping a building, selling it or sharing it with another business. Some agents suggest companies should keep their property needs under constant review in order to be adequately prepared.
