Revolving credit

Article Abstract:

Northampton, England, is undergoing a period of redevelopment particularly in the retail sector, with new retail outlets being developed in the town centre and on the outskirts of the town. Barclaycard is planning to relocate to a business area outside the town centre which will cause a flood of second-hand offices onto the market. Although the market for new office buildings remains high, the second-hand market is limited. The buildings vacated by Barclaycard will result in an of excess supply and cause reductions in rents.
