Business climate changes such as increased global competition, new technologies and emergence of international free trade have led corporate mangers to change their real estate management functions. Corporations have to address customer satisfaction by integrating innovative management techniques to the business hierarchy. Other past management characteristics which have to be changed include long product cycles, inflexible stability orientation and mistake avoidance.
