Due diligence experts say connectivity is king

Corporate real estate executives that employ connectivity to deal with cumbersome tasks related to due diligence are ahead of the competition. Among the areas that benefit from the different forms of technology are engineering and architectural analysis, regulatory compliance and environmental assessments. EMG, a third-party due diligence service provider offers its clients automated delivery of service. It utilizes the Internet, high-speed modems, fax machines and scanners to virtually eliminate time and cost associated with paper documents that are shipped through couriers.
