US real estate agents Cushman and Wakefield President and CEO Arthur Mirante sees the real estate industry facing three major problems in the future; how to make the most beneficial use of new technology, the employment and retention of good quality staff and the increasing competition in the global marketplace. He suggest the industry must adopt ethical methods of trading throughout the world. He acknowledges the vital task of finding and developing staff. Mirante pointes out the importance of making good customer service central to the real estate business.
