Infrastructure's innovative new deal: how will it affect your business?

Article Abstract:

Infrastructure is essential for communities if they are to attract new corporate facilities that will contribute to local economic growth. However, many infrastructure projects are being hampered by financial and environmental problems. To circumvent these issues, infrastructure planners are adopting innovative strategies by coordinating new construction with public investments and creating 'greenlines' beyond which development is prohibited. These strategies allow the creation and maintenance of a long-term environment for business and residents.
