Jobless recovery: all bad?

Article Abstract:

A few years ago, unemployment and housing were inextricably linked. It is no longer the case because of globalization and other related factors. So the rise of job growth by mere 0.9 percent in the recent times should not be cause panic even though it compares dismally with the economic recoveries in 1994 and 1985. Moreover, favorable prospects for dollar and the anticipated hike in interest rates in 2005 indicate positive trends for the housing sector.
