Brothers in arms

Article Abstract:

Being able to see the potential of unpromising sites is an important talent for a successful property developer, according to Roy and Don Richardson, twin brothers who first came to public attention as developers of the Merry Hill shopping centre at Brierley Hill, England, in the late 1980s. The recently obtained 90 million pounds sterling for the Fort Retail Park, which is being built on a site they purchased in 1988. They have gained a strong reputation for being accomplished negotiators, but are also known for inspiring loyalty among their employees.
