Millennium boom

Article Abstract:

Extensive property development activity is taking place in Greenwich, London, England. The area's retail mix has until recently been local or tourist-oriented, but multiple retailers are now set to establish a presence there. There is strong demand for smaller office suites, but the few offices available are generally of poor quality. Developments in the area include Greenwich Reach 2000, a joint venture of Clearwater Estates, London Merchant Securities and Greenwich Reach Developments. This will have a hotel, retail space, leisure space and a cruise-liner terminal.
