Mold litigation: avoidable or inevitable?

Article Abstract:

The study is conducted to help the management to understand the reasons for the increase in litigation and offers simple preventive measures to minimize the risk resulting from mold-related litigation. It is suggested that a thoughtful, proactive approach including two key components such as detection and remediation of real and unreasonable health risks and risk transference is needed for all those who may be exposed to the mold.
