New life for old buildings

Article Abstract:

More and more real estate agents are finding adaptive reuse a viable concept when selling special-use commercial properties. The idea is to convert an existing facility into something else to make it attractive to business owners who do not want to build. The concept also creates a new market for properties that are difficult to sell.
