Redevelopment projects in Leicester, England, include the renovation of the 20 acre former Cattlemarket into a shopping and leisure area. Taking the high-profile road

Article Abstract:

The West Midlands offers companies considering relocating there competitive rental levels and a strong local labour force. However, it currently has mainly secondhand offices, and this is proving an obstacle to attracting new occupiers. It is hoped that the recently launched 'Locate in Birmingham' initiative will attract tenants, emphasising the city's Full Development Area Status and its convenient location.
