A four-step prequalifying system for real estate buyers is presented. The steps include a detailed questionnaire, an endorsement of the questionnaire by a team member lender, a consultation and an agreement on showings and communication.

Make a vacation presentation

Article Abstract:

One way for a real estate agent to both take a vacation trip and work for new business is to seek potential clients with whom to meet in the area where the vacation trip is planned. The article presents a sample letter to send to prospects in the unfamiliar market. The technique requires finding prospective clients who own property in both the agent's home market and in the vacation market.
