Eyes down for a full warehouse

Article Abstract:

There is a growing trend in the UK for the leisure industry to occupy empty retail warehouses, as well as purpose-built, out-of-town premises. Many landlords with empty retail warehouse properties which have failed in retail terms seek alternative occupiers, one of which is the leisure operator. Bingo operators are in the vanguard of the new market and spend an average of 2 million pounds sterling revamping each building.
