Revolution comes at a high price

Article Abstract:

The Argentinians will eventually face some difficulties if they continue to allow Buenos Aires, Argentina, to grow unchecked. They have yet to develop a planning system to control development in the city. A study into the differences in office service charges, throughout the UK, has shown some anomalies over the variation in the cost of maintenance and insurance charges. The Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions has failed to award more funding to the planning system which will may prevent any changes to the system being successful.
