Shun conspiracy language

Article Abstract:

If it is seen that two or more people are in agreement to limit access to a market or implement price controls, it could be construed that there is a conspiracy in violation of the antitrust laws. It is therefore important that realtors should be aware that seemingly innocent statements could lead to infringements of the law.
