TBS-rating

Article Abstract:

Software house Trace Solutions has developed a software package designed to aid property professionals with the administration of the ratings of non-domestic property. TBS-Rating can be run as a stand-alone unit or as part of the company's TBS package, which also includes General Ledger and property information. The package uses the relational database management system Progress and is supplied with the report generator GQL. TBS-Rating is a useful system, but it lacks a consistent user interface.
