Companies like Matsushita Electrical Industrial Co. and Eastman Chemical Co., are setting up their manufacturing facilities in China. The opportunities and tax breaks that are being offered make business sense. However, it is necessary to take into account the drawbacks and cultural differences, to succeed in doing business with the Chinese.
