The road to boomtown

Traverse City is regarded as the best small town for new and expanded corporate facilities in the United States as it provides a suitable climate for entrepreneurs. It was observed that between the year 2001to 2003, Traverse City produced 34 more new and expanded industrial plants than any other town.

Wanted: a project that meets budget

Post hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the construction industry has been demand. However, while on one side are the escalating costs of building materials, and on the other side, are the shortage. All this has also lead to few projects being left incomplete half-way through.

Chicago is the top market for new and expanded corporate facilities in the United States with the registration of 336 corporate projects in 2003. Logistics, food processing, information technology and pharmaceuticals are the industries that led Chicago to top the list.
