The growth of the biotechnology industry in the New Haven, CT MSA

Article Abstract:

The biotechnology companies of New Haven, Conn., accounted for almost 600,000 square feet of area in 2001. The New Haven Metropolitan Statistical Area makes up most of the growth of the biotech sector, which has been the fastest growing industry in Connecticut over a decade. Various matters concerning biotech cluster of the New Haven area are discussed including real estate involvement.

Texas land market developments

Article Abstract:

The state of Texas land market in 2006, in terms of prices and sales, is discussed. An increase of 23% from 2005's $1,483 an acre to 2006's $1,825 per acre was observed, as buyers are purchasing lands before prices continue to soar. The trends in property size and investment interests are also analyzed.
