Transport of green delight

Article Abstract:

Developers will have to provide green transport plans (GTP) when they make a planning application. The GTP will include a company's plans to reduce any traffic congestion caused by their planned business. Some firms may suffer financially if they fail to follow a GTP as set out by the developer and they may be fined. An employee in a new company is more likely to agree to car sharing or using a bus to travel to work rather than employees who have been use to travelling in their own cars. Some of the ideas in the green transport plans have had their tax liability removed.

Ending environmental law as we know it

Article Abstract:

The current laws on hazardous waste cleanup gravely distorts the national economy, while being unworkable and misguided, and must be gotten rid off. While the total abolishment of the laws are not being advocated, the unfortunate but clear fact is that much of the nation's useful land contain pockets and areas of contamination that cannot be cleaned up. It is time the federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act be replaced with a workable and less expensive laws.
