The meaning of 'fair housing' is considered in light of April 2001 being Fair Housing Month in the US. A personal opinion on the notion of equal housing for all people is presented from the stance of a woman in an interracial marriage, with particular focus on the psychological impact of a potential racial incident in the neighborhood.
