Where are all the new real estate millionaires?

Article Abstract:

Changes in the real estate market have decreased the ability of real estate to produce large incomes because the profitability of real estate has been reduced and can not compete with other investments. Such changes in the market include a shift of consumer spending patterns, changing technology, and loss of investor faith in real estate investment potential. Real estate professionals should respond to the situation and deal with the realities of today's market in order to succeed in their profession.

Article Abstract:

Real estate firms must be methodical in their approach to home resale market territories. They must first evaluate alternative areas, measure demand and competition, and finally select the best territory. Typical items used for evaluation are size of territory, population age, proximity, turnover, and occupancy ratio. The firm's marketing plan, including goals and strategy, are based on this evaluation.
