Why analysts often make wrong estimates about the demand for industrial space

Article Abstract:

An industrial demand analysis can use the office model as its basis but must modify the model to analyze the special requirements of industrial properties. In several ways the office demand model is often inaccurate when used to determine industrial demand for space. Unlike office space, industrial space requires specialized buildings as well as manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing facilities. Industrial enterprises also have unique requirements for employees and employee space.

Selecting a property management firm

Article Abstract:

Techniques for soliciting requests for proposals, evaluating proposals and making a final selection are outlined.
