Charging ahead

Article Abstract:

The possible impact on property development of plans to impose a fine on drivers entering the centre of London, England, and other transport initiatives are considered. There could be a rise in rental values in the charging area, as it is anticipated that traffic flow will improve. The office property market just outside the boundaries of the charging area is unlikely to change.
