Novelist Pierrette Fleutiaux has received the Prix Goncourt for 'Les Metamorphoses de la reine' (1984) and the Prix Femina for 'Nous sommes eternels' (1990). Her first published work, 'Histoire de la chauve-souris' (1975) appeared with a preface from the Chilean author Julio Cortazar. Among the writers she admires are Sylvie Germain, Gilles Deleuze, Beckett, Kafka and Michaud. Article text is in French.
