Article Abstract:

Parallel Communications Inc. produces CD-ROMs that contain graphics and information to complement a sales representative's presentation to a client. The benefit is that sales reps can go to any spot in a visual presentation at any time without losing their place. The software works in conjunction with the presenter's laptop computer. Parallel made CD-ROMs for AT&T Wireless Services Inc. with an average presentation length of 30 minutes.

Twenty-six-year old Dozier, a Vietnam-born American citizen, begins her search for her birth parents in her native Da Nang City, Vietnam. Now a wife and mother, Dozier was separated from her birth family at the age of three during the height of the Vietnamese Conflict in 1975.

Big Bend

A description of the ecology and facilities of the Big Bend National Park, TX, is presented. The plant and animal life of the Chihuahuan Desert can be studied on guided tours on foot or horseback. Kayak expeditions are available in the Santa Elena Canyon.
