Angela Nolan-Cooper was seduced by an undercover Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agent and then charged and convicted with tax evasion. The agent, a former football star named Louis Oubre, was also targeting Nolan-Cooper's friends in the course of their relationship. She was in fact guilty of her crimes, but the methods used by the IRS to investigate her caused a public outcry.
