Waiting for Bartolozzi

Article Abstract:

Patients end up waiting longer hours when their physicians feel the need to see as many patients as possible to keep up with demands for lower rates from health maintenance organizations. This has made Bartolozzi, a popular and expert orthopedist, a very busy man who hardly has enough time left in between patients.
