A tough act to follow

Article Abstract:

Actor Sean Penn gained a strong reputation in the 1980s for having an aggressive attitude which caused many problems for the studios he worked with. However, he is now keen to emphasise that he has matured a lot. He is seeking to establish himself as a director, with his latest project being the film 'The Crossing Guard,' which stars Anjelica Houston and Jack Nicholson. He feels that he has now built up positive channels for his negative feelings.

Stories from the Hollywood Observer

Article Abstract:

Actress Carrie Fisher has received extensive media coverage right from early childhood, as she is the daughter of actress Debbie Reynolds and actor Eddie Fisher. When she became older, she found it hard to accept that her father had left the family and that she was not as glamorous as her mother. She is very careful about the influences to which she exposes her own daughter, now aged three.

You don't get to be Hollywood's best-paid actress by acting coy. Just ask Demi Moore

Article Abstract:

Demi Moore is now the most highly paid actress in Hollywood, even though she only really came to public attention in 1990, when she appeared in 'Ghost.' She has a strongly competitive nature, and seems comfortable with her wealth. She is particularly keen for women to be rated as highly as men in the film industry, and sees the promotion of women as one of her main roles.
