Adjusting to a new environment

Article Abstract:

British students may face problems when they start university that may be related to the course, the college, their accommodation, or their personal finances. Students can change course, but they should do it promptly, since it is more difficult to change after a delay. It is also possible to move to another college, though not as easy as changing courses. The accommodation office can help in finding new accommodation, but choice may be limited in large cities. Students can borrow from universities and from banks if there is a delay in obtaining a loan.
